Sephora Promotes Delphine Herve to CFO of North America

Herve is Sephora’s first female CFO and succeeds Christophe Le Boterf.

Sephora North America has promoted Delphine Herve to Chief Finance Officer, effective April 2025. 
 
She will succeed Christophe Le Boterff, EVP and CFO of North America since 2017, and is set to retire in April 2025. 
 
Herve is Sephora’s first female CFO, and she will oversee the U.S. and Canada.
 
Herve has worked at parent company LVMH since 2011. She joined Sephora North America in 2014 and helped build the internal control for Sephora U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. 
 
Before joining Sephora, Herve worked at LVMH’s spirits division, Moet Hennessy, where she served in an audit function.
